On Saturday, 23 March 2024 the Management Department Student Association (HMDM) of Andalas University has carried out a working visit with the Management Student Association of the Faculty of Economics Campus II (HIMA M FEKDA) of Andalas University. During this working visit, HMDM had the opportunity to visit HIMA M FEKDA to the Faculty of Economics Campus II of Andalas University in Payakumbuh City. This activity aims to conduct a comparative study between sets in order to increase knowledge and exchange information about the structure of the association, how to work, and strengthen the relationship between fellow Management Students of Andalas University.
The event began with the opening by the MC, reading the holy verses of the Qur'an, singing the Indonesia Raya Song accompanied by the Student Mars, reading prayers, remarks by representatives of UNAND Campus II management lecturers and Mr Danny Hidayat S.E., M.M., CMA., CEIP., CEAP. as a companion from HMDM, then continued with the presentation of the structure of the association and the work programme of the HMDM CEO, Maha Fatih Naufal Ansory, and afterwards by the KAHIM HIMA M FEKDA, Fager Van Graha. The presentation explained the vision and mission, structure, and work programme of each division of the association. This was followed by a group discussion between divisions from HMDM and HIMA M FEKDA so that each division could exchange information more intensely. After the group discussion session ended, the next event was the handover of mementos from HMDM to HIMA M FEKDA, then the event was closed with a group photo.
Hopefully after this working visit activity, the relationship between HMDM FEB UNAND and HIMA M FEKDA can be well established until the end and all the discussions obtained during the visit can help each set to develop better in the future.

Management Department Student Association (HMDM) Faculty of Economics, University of Andalas in this blessed month of Ramadan has carried out one of the work programs namely Management On Charity (MOC) with the theme "Strengthen our Brotherhood" activities which include social service activities that can foster a sense of sympathy and empathy for the university community, especially the Department of Management. This activity took place during the month of Ramadan whose activities consisted of Buka Bersama 4 batches, sharing takjil, and visits to orphanages.
The event, which was held on Friday, March 22, 2024, is expected to be a forum for all Unand Management Department students to get to know each other better, and to strengthen friendship among students and also between lecturers in this blessed month of Ramadan. This activity was also attended by Mr. Danny Hidayat S.E., M.M., CMA, CEIP, CEAP. As the Head of the regular management study program and Mrs. Laura Amelia Triyani S.E., M.M. as the Head of the International Management Study Program.
Followed by takjil sharing activities on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. This activity was carried out as a form of concern for Management Students to people in need. This social service activity for sharing takjil with HMDM was held by spreading at several points, namely on Jl. Jembatan Kuranji - Bypass, Jl. Durian Tarung - Bypass, Jl. Dr. Moh Hatta - Bypass, and Jl. Banda Buek - Bypass. This activity is in the form of distributing takjil for breaking the fast given to pedicab drivers, parking attendants, janitors and ojol (online motorcycle taxis) and those who really need it.

The last activity on Management On Charity this time was a visit to the orphanage on Thursday, March 28, 2024. This visit was carried out directly by visiting the Ashabil Rayyan Foundation with the permission of the Ashabil Rayyan Foundation management. This visit was carried out by HMDM Unand and several donors who have participated in providing donations in order to carry out this Orphanage Visit activity. The implementation of the activity, starting with the opening by the MC, then remarks by the chief executive, HMDM CEO, Ashabil Rayyan Foundation management, and continued by providing a little entertainment by playing with the children who live in the Orphanage. Then at the end of the activity, the handover of basic necessities and donations was carried out and closed with a documentation session.
Management Goes To School (MGTS) 2023

On this occasion, the Student Association of the Department of Management (HMDM) of Andalas University has carried out one of the annual work programs, namely Management Goes To School (MGTS). This activity is a visit as well as socialization to several schools that aims to introduce more broadly about the Management Department of Andalas University to high school students in Padang City who are preparing to enter the world of lectures. Visits to several schools have been carried out from January 8, 2024 to January 19, 2024.
Some of the schools that have been visited at MGTS this time are SMAN 1 Padang, SMAN 2 Padang, SMAN 3 Padang, SMAN 4 Padang, SMAN 4 West Sumatra, SMAN 7 Padang, SMAN 10 Padang, SMAN 15 Padang, and SMAN 16 Padang. In this activity, only socialized for grade 12 students and then a team division was carried out where in each school visit there were 2-3 people in charge of socializing each class. The first thing conveyed at the time of socialization was the introduction of Andalas University starting from when Unand was established, ranking, campus location, faculties and undergraduate programs in Unand.
Furthermore, it was conveyed about the Management Department, starting from the explanation of management, the vision and mission of the Management Department, admission lines and quotas, the division of study programs contained in the Unand Management Department, things studied, concentrations that can be chosen, accreditation, achievements that have been achieved and organizations contained in the Management Department. In addition, MGTS this time also held a free Tryout with well-known tutoring held online, this aims to help and accommodate high school students who are preparing to continue their education in the world of lectures to be trained in doing questions and can measure their abilities so that they are expected to take the real exam optimally.
MGTS this time also involves volunteers where these volunteers are part of the Management Department who are willing to take the time and are interested in adding new experiences. That way, MGTS runs well smoothly, this cannot be separated from the cooperation involving the committee, volunteers, the school, and the enthusiasm of the students visited. Through this MGTS, it can provide a little overview of the Unand Management Department to students who are interested in continuing their education in the world of lectures.
Also, through this MGTS, it is hoped that students can be interested and choose the Unand Management Department as their choice considering that the Management Department has been accredited Superior, has organizations that can hone skills and abilities, and the Management Department has also created many proud achievements. In addition, it is hoped that the Tryout presented by MGTS this time can provide benefits for prospective students. Therefore, MGTS is here to attract the attention and interest of high school students to choose and be part of this Management Department.
HIMAPOL FISIP UNAND work visit with HMDM FEB UNAND

On this occasion, the Andalas University Management Department Student Association (HMDM) carried out a working visit with the Andalas University Political Science Student Association (HIMAPOL). This Working Visit was held at the Postgraduate Building. This activity aims to conduct comparative studies between associations in order to increase knowledge and information regarding how they work, as well as improve relations between HMDM and HIMAPOL. Through this activity, both HMDM and HIMAPOL can exchange information about their respective work programs and management and also strengthen friendship.

From this discussion, there were many new things that were obtained from each association, such as work programs, organizational structure, and much more. After the group discussion session ended, the next event was the presentation of mementos from HMDM and HIMAPOL, then closed with a group photo.
Hopefully, after carrying out this visit, the relationship between HMDM FEB Unand and HIMAPOL Fisip Unand can be maintained well in the future and all the discussions obtained during the visit can help each association to develop better in the future.

Padang, HMDM Public Relations - Saturday, March 9, 2024, Andalas University again celebrated a historic moment with the implementation of the graduation ceremony period II for various existing study programs, one of which was the management department. In an atmosphere full of pride and emotion, the graduates entered a new chapter in their lives, ready to tread the professional world with the knowledge and skills they have gained over the years of study.
Dozens of Management graduates filled the main hall of the campus to attend the graduation ceremony which was lively. The Management Department itself consists of 2 classes, namely International and Regular classes. Graduates from the International class included Hidayatur Rahman Arza, Saydsyauqi Alva, Reyhan Akbar Putra Permana, Shally Ichwan, and Yelly Tri Amanda. While from the regular class itself there were 46 graduates including Nisrina Pratiwi, Prino Suharlin, Didi Saputra, Arif Rahman Aziz, and many more.
In addition, the graduation ceremony was also attended by parents, families, and supervisors who were also happy to see the success of their children in obtaining a bachelor's degree. Every step the graduates took on stage inspired them to continue to strive and excel in the future.
Along with the end of the graduation ceremony, UNAND Management graduates are ready to enter the world of work with enthusiasm and confidence. They are ready to face all the challenges that exist and make a positive contribution to the world of business and management. Working Visit with HMJ - MGT Universitas Lancang Kuning

Padang, HMDM Public Relations - Friday, December 15, 2023, University of Andalas (UNAND) has held a student organization visit which was attended by 7 guest representatives from HMJ - MGT Lancang Kuning University Riau. The representatives consisted of the vice chairman, general secretary, head of the external division, and several HMJ - MGT Riau Lancang Kuning University staff. Their visit was warmly welcomed by HMDM Andalas University. With the holding of this visit will establish a relationship between HMDM Unand and HMJ - MGT Unilak. In addition, it is also a form of knowledge exchange between sets in terms of organization in each set.

This visit was held offline. The beginning of the event was filled with the opening of the event by Nurul Hasanah as the host. After the opening, continued with an initial presentation as well as a friendly speech opened by Maha Fatih Naufal Ansory as CEO of HMDM Unand. Then the next remarks by Daniel Alfa R Hutauruk as deputy chairman of HMJ - MGT.

After the speech was over, it was continued by the CEO of HMDM Unand and the deputy chairman of HMJ - MGT Unilak who explained about the vision and mission, structure, and work programs of each set. After the introduction of each set, then continued with a focus group discussion. Many things were discussed, such as student activities, student organization structures, marking problems, to technical matters such as disbursement of student activity funds were also topics of questioning.
It is hoped that this visit can be a moment of transfer of knowledge and a collaborative spirit for both campuses to encourage the best service for all relevant stakeholders. The activity ended with the handover of plaques from each association and a group photo session.

This time the Management Department Student Association held an entrepreneurship seminar entitled Run Your Competitive Business And Be Great At College The Same Time. At this entrepreneurship seminar in order to increase interest and provide more motivation to Andalas University students for entrepreneurship, increase knowledge about entrepreneurship, and foster the entrepreneurial spirit.
The event was opened by Nurul Hasanah as a formal mc, followed by remarks from the Chief Executive of the Entrepreneurship Seminar by Hana Afifah Permata and remarks from HMDM CEO for the 2023/2024 period Maha Fatih Naufal Ansory, and gave remarks to the entrepreneurship lecturer, Prof. Donard Games, S.E., MBus,. PH.D. The event continued with a non-formal moderator by Rasya Amira Trianindya and the delivery of the first material from brother Aghes Febtiowanda A., MD, A.B..
On this occasion, brother Aghes will deliver material about Lecture & Business. In the delivery of this material, Aghes said entrepreneurship is a mindset for success in business and business people must have an entrepreneurial mindset. Now lectures & businesses from existing reviews the purpose of college is definitely learning, science & knowledge, preparing for the future, passing the best ipk and the existence of lectures & this business adds to the goal of having connections and relationships, soft skills, having a good idea opportunity, and utilizing momentum. In starting entrepreneurship while studying it must have creative, innovative, active, and burning enthusiasm. To do this lecture & business we must have sacrifices such as sleep time, mageran time, bad mood, and nongki without benefits apart from
lectures & business, Aghes said that we can add experience by joining any organization, which means being a Lecture, Business, and organization to build mental, entrepreneurial character, determine business ideas, make business plans, and good time management. The experience we get from joining the organization is an organization for soft skills and relationships, graduation cum laude, doing business with lecturers and participating in several lecturer projects. Now the conclusion of this material from Aghes brother is that college, organization, and entrepreneurship is something that is possible to do, these three things are interrelated and can provide their respective benefits if managed properly.

Padang, HMDM Public Relations - Saturday, December 2, 2023, Andalas University (UNAND) held the VI period graduation procession for various existing study programs, one of which was from the Management Department. This quite sacred and coveted event has 13 graduates from the S1 Management Study Program who have proudly completed their education with a very happy feeling.
The Management Department is divided into 2 classes, namely International and Regular. Graduates from the International class who joined the VI period graduation included Maizan Fajri, M. Bintang Liberto Alhabi, Andrianirina Lanto Nambinintsoa S.E., M.Fin, and Anisa Putri. Those who with their hard work and various obstacles faced have successfully completed their study programs and achieved high graduation titles.
Likewise, from the Regular class, we highlight several names namely, Resky Putri Ananda, Khairul Zikri, Heri Afrianto, Rani Febriani, Aprilia Putri Ayu Dila, Fathul Syukrahimal Wahid Tanjung, Silvia Novianti, Natasya Elsa Putri, and Olivia Salsa Bella. With a burning ambition that can lead them to complete their education to the fullest.
A very extraordinary achievement achieved by these graduates is certainly motivated by the spirit and sense of never giving up in undergoing college life where various challenges are faced with patience. Of course, after facing various challenges they become a tough person and achieve success.
We hope that the graduates of Andalas University Management will continue to process with their success in life in the future. It is also expected that the graduates will become adaptive, innovative, integrity, and ethical individuals in living life in society and the business world as entrepreneurs.

This time the Management Department Student Association held a Business Mentoring event, which had 4 series of events, namely PKM & P2MW Socialization, Business Webinars, Public Lectures with Practitioners, Coaching. Business Mentoring is a competition event that is open to the public for Andalas University students by forming groups of 3-5 people and each group is required to have a business proposal which will be directly guided directly by mentors who are experts in the field of entrepreneurship.
PKM & P2MW Socialization & Business Webinar was held on Monday, November 20, 2023, where this event was held via virtual meeting and divided at different times. The PKM & P2MW socialization which started at 09:00 WIB was attended by 2 presenters, the first was Dr. Indri Juliarsi, SP., MP. as a speaker from the Head of UPT Kewirausahan, then the second was Prima Fithri, S.T., M.T., as a speaker from the National P2MW Student Supervisor. At the Business Mentoring event this time the speakers socialized about the introduction and preparation training towards PKM entrepreneurship and P2MW Funding. Socialization of PKM and P2MW.
Furthermore, followed by the Business Webinar event which was held via virtual meeting at 19:00 WIB, the Business Webinar is an activity to introduce PKM and P2MW regarding the procedures for the stages of the regulations for student business development programs that already have a business through development funding assistance in order to improve the quality of students in higher education. The Business Webinar was attended by Putri Ramadhani as the 2023 P2MW Awardee. In this series of Business Webinar events, Putri Ramadhani as a Business Webinar presenter provides debriefing which is carried out by sharing, discussing and sharing experiences with the audience, in running a business and sharing experiences in achieving national funding.
After completing the series of PKM & P2MW socialization events and also Business Webinas on November 20, 2023, the next event was the Public Lecture with Practitioners & Coaching on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at the FEB seminar building at 09:00 WIB, In a series of Public Lectures with Practitioners, filled by 2 presenters, the first is Fadhell Trio Putra as owner of Hikecy and Adil Wiska as founder of Parewa Coffee, and followed by representatives from groups who have participated in Business Mentoring activities. In this event, the speakers shared their experiences on how to build a business, how to do business and how to survive with many competitors in the same business field.
After the series of Public Lecture events with practitioners, the next was followed by coaching activities for groups that had sent their business proposals. where this coaching activity was attended by 6 teams and 3 coaches, the Tryce Bowl Team and the Sanday team were directly coached by Agriqisthi, SE, MM., the Elysia team and the Hon team were directly coached by Erizal, SE, MM., the Jesa team and the Maknyus Mushroom team were directly coached by Indah Mayasari, SE, M.Si., where all coaches from this coaching activity are experts in the field of entrepreneurship.

Padang, Public Relations- Management Build Relationship 2023/2024 was held on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Andalas University, with the theme "Welcome Home", the theme was chosen to reflect the good intentions of the event. Management becomes a second home for students, a place for them to learn, develop and enrich themselves with experience.
Management Build Relationship is an activity organized by HMDM FEB Unand with the aim of welcoming new students to the management environment with the inauguration of the 23rd batch of komting, this activity is to develop the talents and creativity of new students of the Class of 2023/2024. This event also aims to create a friendly, inclusive environment, and support the development of new students in the campus environment.
The event was opened by Khainnisa Rahmi as the formal MC, followed by a taekwondo performance from Class 23, not to forget also remarks from the chief executive, Farel Raky Aprilio and remarks from the CEO of HMDM for the 2023/2024 period Maha Fatih Naufal Ansory and finally remarks from komting '21 and '22.

Entering the core of the event, namely the inauguration of komting 23, based on the results of the election that was held 2 weeks ago, Eko Sumantri was legally designated as komting 23.
After the inauguration of the comting, the next event was taken over by informal MCs, namely Hazel Vahid Khalfani and Nasya Rainanda, the next event was filled with talent performances from Class 23 and various games made by the committee as well as sharing sessions aimed at getting to know the management environment more deeply.
