The university central library is consists of five floors. The first floor is for the supporting office and ICT. The second floor is the main library hall, where the collection of books and the reading room is placed. This floor also equipped with leisure sofas and cubical study rooms. The other three floors are devoted to supporting facilities such as discussion rooms, meeting rooms, and multimedia room. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and adequate learning facilities such as whiteboards, and projectors. Moreover, computer and internet can be also accessed in the library. The daily services start at 08.00 and end at 17.00 from Monday until Friday. The electronic barrier is used to control the flow of visitors. University students, lecturer, and staff use their ID card to pass the entrance by tapping the card in the barrier sensor. The visitors who do not own ID card should enter their data in the computer in the front desk. This procedures ensure visitors recording and prevent unauthorised person to enter.

A wide range of book collections, academic journal, graduate and postgraduate thesis as well as magazines and newspapers are provided in the central library. To access the collections. Open Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is installed in four peace of computers in order to enable visitors to conducts keyword-based searching. The availability and location of collections are presented on the computer screen so that visitors get informed well about their interest. Once they know the availability status, and the number shelf location, they can pick the collections by themselves. Different scheme for the thesis, the visitors are not allowed to pick the collections, but the librarian will assist them.

As the supporting system to on-line learning, the university also provides electronic library (e-library: https://pustaka.unand.ac.id/fasilitas/katalog-bersama) where various books and academic journal could be accessed by the students without location constraint. Subscription to prominent database journals such as Science Direct, Proquest, and EBSCO is renewed every year to improve the availability of online journals. In addition to mentioned before journal, Faculty of Economics also holds Emerald Insight subscription.
